EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Commonly known as "tapping," this skill involves tapping certain accupressure points on the body to calm the nervous system and reduce uncomfortable symptoms. It's sometimes likened to acupuncture without the needles!

There are many variations on tapping that are all correct. The key is to make sure you are aware of the acupressure points. Some people find that they have a couple of favourite points that really make them feel better quite quickly. While we would traditionally tap on all the points- if you're in a hurry, you can always choose one or two to focus on. The tool that works for you is the one you'll use!
